Adding receipts is easy! Simply take a photo of the receipt with your phone and upload it to the service. This article guides you through the process.
You can take a photo and upload the receipt to the Solo service easily as soon as you have the receipt. Receipts are saved in the service, and you can link them to the relevant account transaction when the transaction appears in the service.
Mobile use is easy when you save the Solo login page as a shortcut in your phone menu.
Taking a photo and saving the receipt
- Open Solo on your phone
- Click 'Upload a picture' and take a photograph of the receipt or select a photo you took earlier on your phone
If the receipt has multiple pages or does not fit on one page, you can add more pages using the "+Add page" function after uploading the first image.
- Select Receipt as the image identifier
- Select the payment method
In the example, the payment method is company card.
- Select the expense type for accounting in the drop-down menu:
- Finish by clicking 'Done'
Adding receipts to account transactions
You can find the images you have taken of receipts under the 'Show receipts' icon. The red notification icon shows the number of images in the image bank that have not been linked to an account transaction yet.
Open the unhandled receipt in the image bank and allocate it to a purchase transaction:
