This article contains instructions for transferring earlier invoices, customers and products from Isolta to Procountor Solo.
You can transfer all the data you have saved in Isolta to Procountor Solo.
Transferring all data (detailed instructions with screenshots are below)
- Log into your Isolta account
- Go to program settings and select "Procountor Solo transfer"
- Approve the terms of closing the Isolta account and terminating the contract
- Enter the password for your Isolta account
- Create a transfer key (long series of letters/numbers)
- Copy the transfer key to clipboard
- Log into Solo
- Go to program settings and select "Isolta transfer"
- Enter your Isolta account username (e-mail address) and paste the transfer key to the field
- Click "Start transferring data"
- Done! The program will notify you when the data has been transferred

TAKE THE FOLLOWING INTO ACCOUNT WHEN TRANSFERRING DATA:
- Transferring data does not take long, only a few minutes at most.
- You should avoid using the service for anything else while the transfer is in progress.
- If you send invoices in Solo before transferring your data from Isolta, please make sure that the invoice numbering continues from where it ended in Isolta. In Solo, you can select the next invoice number from the program Settings -> Invoicing settings.
- You should transfer the data as early as possible. If you transfer the data after sending the invoice in Solo, the invoice numbering might be disrupted, which will result in having two versions of the same customer and product.
WHICH DATA WILL BE TRANSFERRED?
All the data you have saved in your Isolta Online account will be transferred:
- previous invoices
- received electronic invoices
- invoice information
- customer register
- contacts and memos saved on customer contact cards
- products
- reports
- invoice settings
- company basic information, including bank account(s) and logo
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT TRANSFER THE DATA?
You will start “from scratch” as a Solo user, and your Isolta account will remain valid until you terminate the service.

- Log into your Isolta account
- Go to program settings and select "Procountor Solo transfer"
- Approve the terms of closing the Isolta account and terminating the contract
- Enter the password for your Isolta account
- Create a transfer key (long series of letters/numbers)
- Copy the transfer key to clipboard
- Log into Solo
- Go to program settings and select "Isolta transfer"
- Enter your Isolta account username (e-mail address) and paste the transfer key to the field
- Click "Start transferring data"
