Solo's Contact Groups feature allows you to send an invoice to multiple recipients at once. You can access Contact Groups from the program by navigating to Contacts > Show contact groups.
How to create a new contact group and send group invoices
- Go to Contacts > Show contact groups.
- Select New Contact Group.
- Give the group a name and select Save.
- Open the added group.
- Add customers to the group using the search field (Add contact to group).
- Finally, select New Invoice.
After this, you can create and send the invoice as usual. The invoice will be sent automatically to all customers in the contact group according to the billing method specified in the customer's information.
Please note that each customer added to the group must have a default invoicing method selected. This selection must be made when adding the customer to the contact group.
The default invoicing method for group invoices can be: electronic invoice, paper invoice, or email invoice.
